You are not just growing a baby.
You are becoming a mother.

Pregnancy is one of the most neurologically open windows of your life. The patterns you carry, the ones written before you understood what love was supposed to feel like, are closer to the surface right now than they will ever be and closer to her than they’ll ever be again. You don’t need to panic about that. You just need somewhere real to put it before she arrives.

I’m Ready, Before She Gets Here

Only 6–8 spots · Applications open 19 September 2026

Something in you already knows

You feel it. That quiet awareness.

Underneath the excitement of a positive test, whether this was the plan for years or something that found you later than you expected, something else can stir. A quiet fear. An awareness that your past is about to meet your future. That the patterns you grew up with, the ones you have spent years trying to outgrow, are suddenly, urgently close, close enough that she’ll feel them before you’ve had a chance to catch yourself.

You have done everything right. You went to therapy. You read the books. You can name what a mother wound is, what an anxious attachment style looks like, what your nervous system does under stress. You can name it all and none of it has been enough, because the pattern doesn’t live in the part of you that understands things. It lives somewhere older than that, somewhere insight cannot reach and somewhere she’ll meet it long before she ever hears your explanation for it. And if you’ve spent years being the one who holds things together, at work, at home, for whoever needed you to be capable, that competence doesn’t transfer here either. There’s no manual to research your way into.

Terrified of repeating what was done to you, even though you love this baby more than anything
Quietly wondering if wanting this later means you won’t have the instinct other mothers seem to have
Your own childhood surfacing right when you can least afford to be thrown by it
Used to being the one who figures things out and this is the first thing you can’t research your way into
Ready to do the real work, before birth requires it of you

“Feeling this doesn’t mean something’s wrong with you. It means you’re awake and that’s exactly where this starts to change, for her too.”

— Georgie

There is a better way in

You don’t have to wait for the crisis to do this work.

Most of the women I sit with tried to do this after the baby came. Exhausted, running on triggers, wondering how they got there. It's not that they didn't want to face it sooner, it's that nobody told them the window was open now, before she arrives, while you can still think in full sentences, while she's still forming around whatever you bring into the room.

Realisation

See the pattern you inherited without choosing it, clearly, for the first time, met with compassion rather than shame, before she's old enough to inherit it from you instead

Re-mothering

Give yourself the steady, unconditional presence you may not have received, so you're not quietly waiting for her to give it to you one day

Embodiment

Live it in your body, not just know it in your head. The cycle stops here, with you, by choice

“I came in afraid that who I was would damage my child. I walked out knowing that who I am choosing to become is the greatest gift I can give her.”

Why pregnancy is the window

Your nervous system
is already open.

Pregnancy is one of the most neurologically receptive windows of a woman’s life. Your brain is in a heightened state of neuroplasticity. Your attachment patterns are activating. Everything that shaped you is closer to the surface right now than it will ever be again.

I won’t pretend that's comfortable to sit with. But your baby’s nervous system is forming in relationship to yours right now, before a name, before a room, before you've made a single conscious choice about how to parent. The work you do in this window is the first thing you actually give your child.

She Carries is about stepping in before birth requires you to, before exhaustion strips your capacity and she’s on the receiving end of whatever’s left over.

“For the first time in my life I walked into a hard season already knowing who I was. That is what this work gave me before my daughter arrived.”

What actually changes

Once you’re whole within, you stop needing her to hand your worth back to you.

That’s the real shift underneath the eight weeks, nervous system regulation, pattern work, somatic practice, boundaries, rebuilding the steady presence you didn’t always have. Not so you can chase your own healing. So she never has to carry what you didn’t put down.

Nervous System  ·  Attachment & Pattern  ·  Somatic & Hypnosis  ·  Boundary & Voice  ·  Inner Mother

“I was terrified of repeating my mother’s patterns. This work didn’t just give me hope, it gave me something solid to stand on. I walked into labour knowing who I was.”

Imagine entering motherhood knowing

Three am doesn’t undo you the way you thought it might. Your baby is crying, exhaustion is bone-deep and there’s still something steady underneath you to draw on. You built that nervous system capacity on purpose, before you needed it.

You actually know what kind of mother you're choosing to be. Not a plan you read somewhere and hoped would hold. A settled clarity that wasn’t there before, a quiet knowing that holds even on the hard days.

You trust your own voice. In the birth room, in the paediatrician’s office, with your mother, you speak from a place that is solid, so she grows up watching what a clear voice sounds like instead of having to find one on her own.

Your boundaries are solid. You know what it feels like in your body to hold a line without apology. You can advocate for her and you will, because she needs to see it modelled long before she needs to do it herself.

The cycle stops with you. Not through force of will, but because you have done the inner work that makes a genuinely different way of being possible. Your child inherits a new story.

Your baby does not inherit the wound.
Your baby inherits the woman you became.

“I entered motherhood steady. Not perfect. Steady. That is the difference this program made and my daughter feels it every single day.”

Doula · Hypnotherapist · Somatic & Attachment Practitioner

For most of my life I felt like I didn’t quite fit anywhere. I learned early to give more than I received, to need less, to override what I felt so that others would stay. I didn’t recognise those patterns as a story I had inherited, I thought that was just who I was.

Pregnancy cracked something open in me. It brought every unexamined story to the surface. And it became the beginning of understanding what I was born to do, helping women meet that moment consciously, before birth requires it of them.

With 13+ years in birth work, 100+ births attended and deep training in hypnotherapy, attachment theory, somatic healing and belief and identity work, I bring both lived experience and professional expertise to this work. This is not coaching that skims the surface. This is the work that changes what she inherits, not just what you understand.

The insights were real. They just never reached the place where the pattern actually lives. That’s the gap She Carries was built to close.

I know $2,497 is real money. I also know what it costs to bring all of this into the room with her unexamined, because I've watched women do both. This is the version where you get to choose what she inherits.

What she’ll never have to carry

She won’t know what this cost you.
She’ll just know she was safe.

You may never fully know if you did enough. But she will, because she’ll feel it in how you hold her when she’s hard to love and how steady you are at three in the morning when everything in you wants to react instead of choose.

That’s not something you can give her by accident.
